“teleMAXIMA“ User guide
SIM card activation
Insert Your SIM card into your mobile phone the way it is described in the device instruction manual.Switch on your handset and enter the PIN code, which is printed together with the PUK code on Your SIM card. You will be able to use the card only if you know the PIN code of your card that you will have to dial each time you switch on your phone. You are allowed to err only twice when entering the PIN code. In the event of the third error in turn, further entering of the PIN code is blocked. In such a case you should enter your PUK code. You are allowed to err 9 times in turn when entering it. After the 10th wrong data input, your SIM card is not fit for usage any longer.
Wait for your phone to be registered in the GSM network. You will see the heading appear on the screen of your phone: “teleMAXIMA”.

Validity period of your newly recharged account is 1 (one) month from the first call. During validity period of the account you can make outgoing calls and accept incoming calls, send and receive short text messages (SMS).
After expiry of validity period of the account your "teleMAXIMA" number will remain active for another 2 (two) months. Independently of the balance in your account, after expiry of validity period of the account you will only be able to receive incoming calls and short text messages (SMS). If you wish to make outgoing calls and send short text messages (SMS), you will have to recharge the account. Independently of the amount by which you charge the account, it will remain active for 1 (one) month and the telephone number will be maintained for another 2 (two) months from the date of recharge of the account. When the assets in the account were not used during 1 (one) month validity period of the account, the assets in the account are not annulled but after the new recharge of the account will be added to the new amount of recharge. This provision shall not apply when the provider of services terminates rendering of services to the user ex-parte due to breach of these rules, i.e. after termination ex-parte of rendering services to the user the money accumulated in the account are not repaid or otherwise compensated. In case the assets in the account were not used during the validity period of the number – 3 months after last recharge thereof by fixed amount payment recharge receipt and/or from new number of “teleMAXIMA” activation date – then the provider of services terminates rendering of services and the money accumulated in the account are not repaid or otherwise compensated.Note. Validity period of the invoice, i.e. when you can make and receive calls, send and receive short text messages (SMS) may be extended only after recharge there of by fixed amount payment recharge receipt.
Your account balance
You can check your balance account and your account validity term any time:
*call the short number 1500 and press 2;
*send a SMS message to the short number 1500 with the symbol “?” (without quotation-marks) in the text.Recharge of the account
There are two ways for recharging "teleMAXIMA" account: by free "teleMAXIMA" recharge receipts for goods and fixed amount recharge receipts. You can receive free receipts by buying goods* in MAXIMA shops and having submitted AČIŪ or other MAXIMA card.**
You can recharge "teleMAXIMA" card account by fixed amount receipts by buying fixed amount recharge receipts in all cash desks of MAXIMA shops and PERLAS terminals. Fixed amounts of recharge receipts: 5 Lt, 10 Lt, 20 Lt, 50 Lt.

** Note. Account of one "teleMAXIMA" subscription number during entire validity period may be recharged by free recharge receipts received for purchases with not more than 10 (ten) different discount program MAXIMUM cards. In case of breach of this requirement the provider of services shall have the right to terminate ex-parte rendering of services.

An account reload operation by means of a free reload voucher:

“teleMAXIMA” services
Internet (WAP/GPRS)
The Internet on your phone enables you to get swift and easy access to information available on Internet web sites. One must have a mobile phone with a WAP function in order to make use of WAP services. In order to use WAP through GPRS/EDGE connections, a telephone must have parameters specially configured for this service. You can get the parameters after sending a message containing the text “START” to the short number 1500.
International Calls
International calls are calls made from Lithuania to a foreign country. When you wish to call a specific country abroad, call:

Multimedia messages (MMS)A MMS message is a means of sending texts, color images and polyphonic melodies.
Important information
The “teleMAXIMA” telecommunication service provider and operator is EUROCOM PLIUS, UAB Savanorių pr. 247, LT-02300 Vilnius-53.
The “teleMAXIMA” services are available round-the-clock in the whole area covered by the EUROCOM PLIUS telecommunication network. Information about the service provision area is available by “teleMAXIMA” Customer Care Centre telephone 8 649 00 117.
EUROCOM PLIUS guarantees compliance of the quality of provided services with the requirements laid down in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania for these services. EUROCOM PLIUS bears no responsibility for the quality of provided services, if the subscriber uses telephones that do not meet the requirements provided for by legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, if the customer illegally acquires mobile phones or obtains telephones with modified identification codes. If the subscriber’s mobile phone causes interference in the EUROCOM PLIUS telecommunication network, he/she must immediately replace such a device. Derangements in service provision are eliminated in the shortest possible time. Derangements caused through the fault of EUROCOM PLIUS are eliminated in 1 day. You can report about any derangement in service provision when calling 8 649 00 117.
Service provision can be restricted or discontinued in the event that the rights of a third person are violated or functioning of the EUROCOM PLIUS telecommunication network is interfered while making use of the provided services.
EUROCOM PLIUS has the right to change ex parte conditions of the “teleMAXIMA” service provision, charges and the payment procedure by sending a client a short message (SMS) and/or making such information public through the mass media. Changes that are beneficial to customers (e.g. price reduction) can be made without a notice.
In the event that a subscriber considers that his/her rights have been violated, he/she can apply to the “teleMAXIMA” Customer Care Centre by phone or in writing to the EUROCOM PLIUS’s domicile address or by fax: (8 5) 2744612. EUROCOM PLIUS commits itself to give a reply to a written application not later than within the term of 30 (thirty) days. EUROCOM PLIUS has the right to claim an expenses-based compensation, if the information provided in an application proves to be misleading. -
